Tawney Chapman

The owner of Modern Medical Aesthetics, Tawney Chapman, has worked in dermatology for 17 years. She has spent 7 of those years at a large dermatology practice as the regional manager for multiple office locations all over the country. Tawney originally majored in political science and graduated from the University of South Florida. Although she majored in political science, she thoroughly enjoys and loves the practice of dermatology. With Tawney’s experience in the medical field, she had the privilege of working with some of the most respectable doctors and nurse practitioners in Florida. She utilized her credentials to seek out the best in the dermatology and aesthetic industry to build her desired new team.

Dr. Eric Khairalla

Eric Khairalla, MD, our medical director, has mastered the art of symmetry, balance, and perfect proportions. He enjoys spending his free time traveling, being by the water, and exploring his new hometown— Tampa Bay! Featured as a “Top Doctor of Plastic Surgery” in Maryland’s Bethesda Magazine and a distinguished Castle Connelly Top Doctor in the Baltimore-Washington area, Dr. Khairalla received his extensive education and training at the University of Toronto, the top cosmetic surgery program in North America. He has completed Fellowships in Breast and Cosmetic Surgery at both the University of Toronto and the prestigious Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington DC.

Dr. Khairalla is a specialist, concentrating his talent and training on body contouring, liposuction, body lifts, Brazilian butt lifts, breast augmentations, breast reductions, and abdominoplasty procedures.

He is Board Certified by both the American and Canadian Boards of Plastic Surgery as well as by the American Board of Medicine. He has been awarded America’s Top Plastic Surgeon by the Consumers’ Research Council of America and received the Peoples’ Choice Award for Top Plastic Surgeon.

Erin Nienke, APRN

Erin, a skilled Nurse Practitioner in aesthetics, is a proud graduate of the University of Tampa. With over a decade of experience, her background encompasses expertise in women's health and plastic surgery, reflecting a commitment to enhancing both physical well-being and aesthetics. Erin's dedication to her craft is grounded in a passion for helping individuals achieve their desired aesthetic goals with a compassionate and knowledgeable approach.

Danielle Smith PA-C

Danielle is a board-certified physician associate with nearly 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics. As a local to St. Petersburg, Danielle received her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and her master's degree from Barry University. Danielle specializes in enhancing natural beauty through advanced techniques and focuses on creating personalized treatment plans to achieve subtly, yet transformative results. She is passionate about empowering clients to feel confident and radiant in their own skin. Danielle is dedicated to the patient's safety, comfort and satisfaction.

In Danielle's free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, her dogs Grace and Clio, working out at her local gym, and traveling with her fiancé.

Bailey Strickland

Bailey Strickland is a seasoned medical aesthetician and certified laser specialist, deeply rooted in the world of dermatology from an early age thanks to her mother, Tawney Chapman, who worked in a dermatology practice. With a passion for enhancing skin health and beauty, Bailey has honed her expertise over the years, specializing in advanced treatments like the Morpheus8. Her dedication extends to her favorite skincare line, Skin Better, reflecting her commitment to high-quality aesthetic care.

Beyond her professional achievements, Bailey finds joy in her personal life. She is happily married and a proud mother of two boys. When she's not transforming skin or researching the latest advancements in skincare technology, Bailey treasures spending quality time with her family, creating memories and enjoying life's simple pleasures together.

I offer a wide range of massage styles and techniques - largely intuitive but completely focused on your goals and stressors.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for almost 8 years, and I love working with local professionals, families, mothers, athletes, and my community.

I am a Florida state Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in stress relief to therapeutic work, my goal is to tailor each session to my client.

Since I can remember, my passion has been helping other people feel their best.

As an LMT, I am SO grateful that I get to pursue that calling daily.

I find the human body amazing in its ability to heal and improve holistically, and I love being a part of that process.
